Galeria Acrylic Primers

Primers are applied before painting and control the texture, absorbency and the colour of the surface. A good quality primer is essential as the longevity of a painting depends on how the surface has been prepared.Acrylic Primers may be used under oil and acrylic colour as these dry quickly and do not require sizing, and can also be used on alternative surfaces (as long as they are clean and porous). Our primers are available in white, clear or black.
