The standard sprayhead has a spray width of approx. 5-6 cm; replacement sprayheads are available in the widths: fine (approx. 1 cm), medium (approx. 4-5 cm), wide (approx. 8-10 cm) and variable (approx. 13-14 cm). 100% free from heavy metals that are harmful to health. The spray should be used at an ambient temperature of 15-25\u00b0C. If possible, spray outdoors or in a well-ventilated room. When spraying indoors, ensure the surrounding surfaces are adequately shielded. Mask any areas that are not going to be painted. The object to be painted must be clean, dry and free from traces of grease or rust. Depending on the material to be painted, we recommend using edding plastic or polystyrene primer, or edding universal primer. Shake the can vigorously for approx. 3 minutes, so the mixing balls can be heard clearly. Shake up the paint again even after short pauses in painting. To remove the safety ring, first remove the cap and then the sprayhead. The safety ring can then be lifted off from the side with a screwdriver or similar item. Start spraying away from the object at a distance of 25 cm. Hold the can upright and use slow, even strokes back and forth; spray beyond the edge of the object when turning.
