Please note:
  • The Excel file must include either the Colart product codes or the barcodes plus the quantity you want to order of each item in single units.
  • The site will round your order up to the nearest multiple order quantity (MOQ) for each SKU ordered.
  • Our checkout supports a maximum of 1000 different items at a time.
  • Please make sure that in your Excel document the data format of the Product Code column is Text. Changing it to other formats might lead to an incorrect interpretation of input value for codes with leading zeros. For example, 0301346 will be 301346, and it would be another product than you expected.

    Royal Warrant update

    Our Royal Warrant was issued by the former Prince of Wales.

    We expect it to be reissued in due course as ‘HM King Charles III’

    We have now received official guidance from the Royal Warrant Holders not to make any changes yet as they are still awaiting guidance from HM.

    If any significant reprints of packaging / comms using the Royal Warrant are due, we suggest to minimise print runs to max 2 years’cover, where possible.
