All prices shown on order forms, catalogs, and sell sheets are the manufacturers’ suggested retail prices unless otherwise noted. All items must be purchased in their standard pack or case quantities. Customer purchase orders received with incorrect prices, item numbers, or case pack quantities are subject to change without notification. <\/p>\n
A 4% handling surcharge is applicable to each Canadian invoice. <\/p>\n
All orders are accepted subject to price ruling at time of invoicing. <\/p>\n
Colart reserves the right to change prices with 60 days\u2019 notice. <\/p>\n

TRADE AREAS <\/p>\n
Sales of Colart products must be restricted to customers located in the United States, Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico, and the Caribbean. <\/p>\n
ORDERS <\/p>\n
We take great care in accurately entering and expediting orders. To help us prevent any errors, when placing orders please use your account number, together with our product codes and descriptions. The minimum order is $750.00 Net USA, $950.00 USD Net Canada <\/p>\n
TERMS <\/p>\n
Open Account: To approved customers, terms are 1% 10 days, Net 30 days from Receipt of Goods, excluding dating orders. An interest charge of 1% per month will be charged on all amounts past due. Any unearned discount will be charged back to the account. All orders are subject to approval by the Colart Credit Department. You will be advised by email or telephone if an order is not to be shipped. Monthly statements are mailed only if there is a balance in the account. To ensure proper credit, please include your account number and the relevant invoice numbers on each check. <\/p>\n
New Customers: To help ensure prompt credit approval: <\/p>\n
a. Please ask Sales Department for Colart Americas Credit Application. <\/p>\n
b. Please provide three credit references with complete name, address, phone and fax numbers. To help us speed up the approval process, references that reply by phone, mail, or fax are preferred. <\/p>\n
c. To open an account with Colart Americas, your initial order must be a minimum of $2000.00 Net USA and Canada. <\/p>\n
FREIGHT ALLOWANCE <\/p>\n
All orders are shipped freight prepaid. <\/p>\n
a. USA \u2013 Free freight will be granted on all orders with an invoice value of $2,000.00 or more, shipped to a single location, provided merchandise is shipped via \u201cCheapest and Best Way\u201d. Free freight to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, and the Bahamas, on all orders with an invoice value of $2,500.00 or more. <\/p>\n
b. CANADA – Free freight will be granted on all orders with an invoice value of $1500.00 or more, shipped to a single location, provided merchandise is shipped via \u201cCheapest and Best Way.\u201d <\/p>\n
It is the customer\u2019s responsibility to ensure that the invoice value meets or exceeds the required levels to receive freight allowances. <\/p>\n
Colart Americas, Inc. is not responsible for \u201cinside delivery\u201d charges. <\/p>\n
All orders, except Container orders are shipped F.O.B. Piscataway, New Jersey. <\/p>\n
Colart Americas reserves the right to ship via carrier of our choice. Any special freight request (e.g. next day air) will be charged to the customer. <\/p>\n
CLAIMS AND RETURNS <\/p>\n
We take great care in the packing of orders and the selection of carriers; however, safe delivery cannot be guaranteed. In the case of loss or damage caused by the carrier, customers are asked to file a claim with the carrier immediately. Colart Americas is relieved of all responsibility by the carrier when the merchandise leaves our warehouse. <\/p>\n
Claims for shortages, overages, or errors must be reported to our Customer Service Department within thirty days of receipt of merchandise. At that time, Customer Service will issue a return authorization number if applicable. <\/p>\n
No returns for credit or replacement will be accepted without authorization as outlined above. Credit will not be given for shop-worn or discontinued merchandise. <\/p>\n
