Flashe is a unique range, first developed in 1954. It has the appearance of old tempera paint, being matt, velvety and opaque, but encapsulated in a modern medium. Like acrylic paint, Flashe can be diluted in water but becomes indelible when dry. It has many uses including preparing grounds for using oil or acrylic paints, creation of canvas paintings, theatre sets, advertising decors, thumbnail sketches or trompe l’oeil drawings.
