Please note:
  • The Excel file must include either the Colart product codes or the barcodes plus the quantity you want to order of each item in single units.
  • The site will round your order up to the nearest multiple order quantity (MOQ) for each SKU ordered.
  • Our checkout supports a maximum of 5000 different items at a time.
  • Please make sure that in your Excel document the data format of the Product Code column is Text. Changing it to other formats might lead to an incorrect interpretation of input value for codes with leading zeros. For example, 0301346 will be 301346, and it would be another product than you expected.

    NEW AND REFRESHED WINSOR & NEWTON COTMAN SETS

    W&N Cotman sets with updated packaging and new arrivals are now available to order on Trade portal. The products have been refreshed with a modern design to be more consistent across the range and are enhanced with engaging visuals. The colour selection has also been updated based on consumer feedback to better meet the needs of artists, hobbyists and amateurs. The item numbers and product codes are the same and the old design will be phased out over the coming months (please note you will receive stock of the old design until it is depleted).
