The Winsor & Newton brand celebrated its status as a Royal Warrant holder with the release of a news-style film for the Platinum Jubilee, made by ITN Business. The film is available to watch on the ITN Royal Family YouTube Channel. 

The film highlights the impressive achievement made by the brand in holding the warrant continuously for over 180 years. It was awarded to the company by Queen Victoria only nine years after it was founded. This is extraordinary by any standards and a testament to the speed at which Winsor & Newton were developing new materials and techniques to meet the demands of the rapidly expanding art market at the time. Then, as of now, the values of expertise in colour and the endless creative possibilities available to artists using our products remain a priority for the business. It is a celebration of our heritage and the optimism we have for the future.
